Air Ambulance charities are considered to be the busiest voluntary emergency services in the country, saving the lives of thousands of people every year by getting doctors to patients in emergency situations as quickly as possible. These rescue services operate almost entirely from donations.
Since 2007, The Freemasons’ Grand Charity has supported Air Ambulance charities in the delivery of their life-saving services. This year marks over £1 million in total donations. Every Air Ambulance charity in England and Wales has received funding and in Berkshire £12,000 has recently been donated to the Thames and Chilterns Air Ambulance.
The attached document and video presentation has been created to celebrate those donations for these vital services.
