The Deputy Provincial Grand Master, VW. Bro Peter Sands invites members of the Masonic province of Berkshire and their partners to attend a Berkshire 2023 Festival & Masonic Charitable Foundation evening he will be hosting on Wednesday 29th January with presentations starting at 7.30pm.
This will be a free, informal evening with a number of short presentations to enjoy. It is hoped that as many of our partners are able to join us as possible so they can also see for themselves some of the Charity work we carry out as Freemasons in Berkshire.
The Masonic Charitable Foundation will give an audio-visual presentation showing the variety of work they carry out and where the money goes that we are raising through our Festival. There will be a chance for Q&A’s.
In addition to the MCF presentation our Provincial Almoner – David Jarvis will explain the work of the Almoners, the application process, the work of the Berkshire Masonic Charity and some of the other Charity support we give in Berkshire.
Our Provincial Communications officer – Tim Sherwood will highlight our new Festival website and our social media.
The Festival events coordinator – Gerry Preston along with his events team will announce the Festival events for 2020.
The bar will be open from 7pm and Bar snacks will be available but must be pre-ordered before the night directly with Sindlesham. Due to the numbers expected to attend, bar food will not be available to order on the night.
The evening should be complete by around 9pm.
