Berkshire Freemasons Donation to RBH

Last year, Berkshire Freemasons made a generous donation of £6,400 to provide medical monitors to treat young children at Royal Berkshire Hospital.
The funds will enable the Children’s’ Wards in Royal Berkshire Hospital to purchase eight new monitors. This donation enables the two wards to have monitors for every child in every bed. The monitors measure heart rates and oxygen levels.

Cyclone Idai Victims Receive £45,000

In 2019, the Masonic Charitable Foundation donated £45,000 to Plan International UK to help support the nearly three million people whose lives have been devastated by Cyclone Idai. Plan International UK is working to help survivors, including young women and children, who were at particular risk.

MCF Offer Support To Flood Victims

In late 2019, severe rainfall in large areas of the country had caused widespread damage to roads, bridges, homes and businesses. The MCF made a number of donations in the year to help support UK flood relief efforts.

Collaborative Giving – A Great Precedent

In July 2019, Thames Hospice received donations totalling £60,000 from Charities associated with the Provinces of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire and the main masonic Charity, The MCF. This collaborative venture enabled Freemasons to make a significant contribution to help the local communities centred on East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire.
