The Freemasons of Berkshire are holding a special celebration of 300 years of Freemasonry in Windsor Great Park on Sunday 21st May 2017 from 10am – 4pm. There is free entry & car parking and this is a wonderful opportunity for the whole family to enjoy the world famous Royal Windsor Great Park and join in the celebrations. Access is from the A332 Sheet Street Road (Windsor-Ascot road).
The vehicles will arrive for The Classic 300 from 10 am until the official start time of 2pm when HRH the Duke of Kent will flag the cars off to commence a short symbolic run after which many will return to the park and enjoy the on-going celebrations.
Those celebrations include a 300 mile walk along the famous Long Walk to the Bronze Horse statue, a Teddy Bears Picnic and Bear Hunt, a ‘time tunnel’ of 300 years of Freemasonry history, together with displays by the Berkshire Masonic Charity and over 20 of its partner charities.
